Laura qualified as a design draughts person in the 1980’s and furthered her technical career in various disciplines including design of structural steel, HVAC and industrial / commercial lighting.
Since 2003, she dedicated her time to building Red G and encouraging our dynamic team to provide specialist products and services to the fire suppression industry.
Passion for the fire industry encouraged her to take on voluntary industry roles in the past as chairperson of the SAQCC fire DGS division, the FDIA and the SABS TC21-01 sub-committee, as well as representing South Africa at mirror ISO committees internationally.
Laura is blessed with a large and extended family. Her personal interests include traveling, motor cycling, dedicated sports shooting scuba diving. She enjoys all outdoor activities.
